Jeffrey Wharton is no stranger to hard work. At age 13 he de-tasseled corn in the summer for extra spending cash up until late 2012 hanging up his 12 year stint in the United States Air Force to assist his father Max with the launch of First Aid Cellular.
Jeff's Air Force experience was very broad and technical in nature. The first six years Jeff worked avionic systems on F-15C/D model fighter jets. Jeff prided himself with numerous 100% quality assurance evaluations while stationed at Tyndall AFB, FL. Looking for change and to challenge himself further, he then went on to work for the National Security Agency Fort Meade Maryland. For three years at the agency he secured the night skies of the world and monitored space operations. In 2009 his name came up for deployment to Iraq to work as an interrogation analyst. After spending 7 months at Camp Cropper Baghdad he returned home to Offutt AFB, NE to support Rivet Joint operations in Afghanistan. In July 2012 due to military cutbacks, Jeff was HYT'ed (high-year-tenure) out of the Air Force and discharged under honorable conditions.
Jeff holds a Professional Aeronautics Bachelor of Science degree from Embry Riddle and two Associate degrees from the Community College of the Air Force. Jeff also holds an FCC license with Radar Endorsement, certified in fiber optic cable assembly, and had also held Certified Electronics Technician licenses. Contact Jeff below on social media.
