How long after I ship my broken device into an Authorized Repair Center can I expect to receive it back?

How will I be billed for my portion of the repair?

If you drop off the phone at an Authorized Repair Center you can pay when you pick up your device.  If you mail in your device, you will be asked to pay with a credit card for your portion of the repair.  A receipt will be included in the shipment with your repaired device.

How do I renew my plan?

A.

You will be set on auto renew and will receive an email notification of your upcoming renewal. You can remove your device from this auto renew feature and renew your plan through the website.

What do I need to do when I upgrade my device?

A.

Please Contact Customer Service At: 1-855-866-4FIX and we will do the switch for you. Note: Please have your email address or order number ready when you call.  First Aid Cellular does require an upgraded device to be covered for 15 days before a claim can be made on this new device.
